In the morning, place a few drops into palm or fingers and rub lightly through the hair. Adjust quantity according to length of the hair. For beards work in deeply in order to soothe dryness and eliminate beardruff. For dry, unruly scalp conditions, apply more liberally to the scalp and leave overnight. Shampoo in the morning.
