So basically, besides age and genetics, which you can’t really control, the way to postpone your gray hair is to keep a healthy diet, avoid stress and most importantly keep out of hair dyes!
I started seeing gray hair after a stressful period at work. I think I will go ahead and try hairprint. Moreover that I am under 35.
This is so true. I actually saw a friend of mine under 30 going gray because of stress and lack of sleep.
